Cotandra - Ocean Shore

A beautiful view of white sands and tropical scenes. I great homeland for a fit harem. There is a good supply of vegetation here, and a fresh water stream and small pond within the forest. The stream is the border between Cotandra and Equieda, the tropic forest. These lands are great for a large harem, for the shore is wide and spacious for many equines. Temperatures are usually warm in the winter and relatively hot in the summer with good breezes year-round from the ocean. One of the better terrains in Lemorsea, and one that is harder to get an accepted claim to. Must be an active stallion to claim these lands.
