everything starts with a purpose. be that purpose to enlighten, destroy, or to simply survive. we started with a purpose. an honest, well meaning purpose but it has long been lost to the new generation. each day that passes, i age more and i realize that this world as i knew it is slowly fading into oblivion. it had become pointless for me to try and instill this since of an honest purpose into my young or others. they do not listen.
every time my hooves hit the ground, i wonder if that shall be my last step. if i shall pass away quietly and without realization. it my love should wander around, calling for me when my body has been taken by the heavens. i wonder if i shall die peacefully. i wonder if i shall die without seeing my beloved home return unto it's former glory. perhaps, perhaps you shall be the horse to fufill that quest, if you will.
