they say loves all fun and games Till someone gets hurt They say loves all the same Whats the worth? They say loves a waste of time You never get what you want They say loves just a crime Only here to flirt and taunt ¢¾Do you really know me¢¾ ¢¾Love is supposed to be the most powerful thing in the world, the one thing that keeps everyone together and sticks like glue. But some have it the hard way, they wait forever to get it and then its so easily taken away from them, this was her case.Well her mother's case in the matter. Her mother had come her years ago, only to be shunned and then swept off her feet.Odette was a beautiful mare but was always second in compare to her sister,Aurora, and then she met Zodiac, the stallion who had changed her life.Though things werent going on her good side for a few months later Zodiac disappeared and the next thing Odette knew, she was comitting suicide.Odette was unable to live without the love of her life and she refused to go back to the brute who had raped her and tried to become her mate so young, therefor she killed herself. Sing me a song Slow and long Sing me a lullaby But please dont make me [[cry]]
¢¾Melody's mother had a sad story but Melody dared not try to reveal it.Her father{the brute who so harshly raped her mother}had tried coming for her and now she hid, trying to keep her idenity hidden, though it wasnt hard, she knew no one and no one wanted a thing to do with her. This crueality had pushed Melody into silence, making her the most gentle but harsh and hostile fae you could pass.No one had given her kindess,no one and now they would pay, unless someone could show her what love meant but in these dark days, that was impossible.Melody was alone in this world, with no one to love her, care for her, support her,be proud of her...or anything. Listen to the tune You'll sleep soon Drift slowly away Rest for the [[day]]
¢¾Tear ran slowly over her gray plume, hazel pools fluttering, lashes covered in salty tears as her cranium ducked ot her foreleg, wiping the cascading filters.A soft sigh emitted from her thraot as he starred out into the world, she felt so very scared and small.Ivory whipcord shot out, scrapping her ivorn pelt as she stood, her long pillars holding her small anglo-arab bodice straight. But she felt weak and unstable as she starred at the faes surround by brutes, this only brought a scowl t her face as she lowered her skull, auds twitching sadly.SHe would never have what they had,no one would only love her and her only, the most. She wanted so much but could gain so little,it was the worst feeling in the world.Tear escaped the sockets once more and maw stretched to the wind, mane flowing upon her arched boa.Talons shifted in the sod as she let out a whinnny. Was she cursed? ¢¾Please dont keep me prisoned¢¾ read me a story A mistress in glory Her love fairytale Will never [[fail]] Never let the lyrics fade The rythm is made Beating from far away There to [[stay]]

Act I: Entre, Ficción I'm just a cross-hair I'm just a shot away from you
Like a light prevailing in the endless darkness, Fiction emerged from his newfound home. He was the beam of radiance amidst a rising current of shadow, the pervading chance that the world had decidedly rest its wearied chin upon. Eventually, perhaps, his shoulders might buckle under the weight of the world's expectations of success in failure, but for the time at present, Fiction had again found purpose for his beating heart. He had found reason for his hooves to wander the paths of fate, to leave the beautiful yet alluring danger of his home and find himself here, stalking quietly through the claiming grounds with head held at an acceptable angle so that he might display his continued pride. The winds had breathed the gentle breath of life upon the fading ember that was his hope, had offered it the opportunity to live again and perhaps burst into vigorous flame if only he could somehow locate the strength to build it into a fire. Even though some might view his emergence from the depths of Lucium as a haunted one shrouded in the fogs of danger, mystery, and darkness, Fiction viewed it rather differently. He had the ability to embrace all that surrounded him, even darkness, and to turn it into light if he so desired. He simply lacked the strength and motivation most times. He was, well… lazy. In the worst way. Then again, it becomes easy to glance upon your past and single yourself out from the rest of the world as the only one fallible and completely responsible for disaster. Fiction found it easy to analyze his past and call himself an idiot. The change, the rebirth from dying loser to conquering champion, is what takes the ultimate courage. Everyone, even if they cannot see it themselves, holds a champion inside them in some aspect that can save the world from disaster. They only have to find it and attach a harness to its power. Fiction was unsure if he could find that inner power, but at least now he was willing to try rather than to roll over like a mere domesticated dog and surrender himself as a dead burden to the elements he so loved. He was willing to offer another creature one more chance, and in doing so he was offering himself an additional chance as well. He was not weak enough to yield, not yet. After all, he now ruled a territory, did he not? Did this not raise his power at least the barest of amounts? A chuckle escaped his soft, velvety lips, eyes twinkling with uncommon brightness found deep within the intricacy of his dark eyes. Well, perhaps it did. Then again, anyone would be a fool to say they owned the elements, for they were only a part of the world just as he was. Without the elements, he would not be treading across this dying turf, thirst slaked by water imbibed from the lake in Lucium, satiated by the grasses and barks torn by his own alabaster ivories from Mother Earth. However; though he may not own these great powers, he still coexisted with them and ruled Lucium, if not by spirit then at least by name, and title over something was a very efficacious thing. For the time being, until some stag more worthy than him came along and managed to tear his life from him, his name was effectively scrawled across the lands of Lucium, locked deep within the embrace of the waters, the trees, the plants, the soil, the mysterious fog, and even the insects. They were all his, effectively, in name. The possession of these lands offered him a certain strength; they placed upon his crown the designation of “alpha,” and this put him up very high indeed. If he did not wear that title about his figure, he would not be wandering here currently, delicate musings passing through his head as the wind passes through the branches of a tree.
Fiction appeared beautiful in his gentle pride, his steps full of an invigorated confidence even as the scent of mares reached the awareness of his senses, playing upon his quivering nostrils. His coat shone under the dappled light of the sun, illuminating the silvery sweep of his mane that fell like a tangled curtain from his crest and the brilliant thick brush of his tail that trailed slightly behind him in rhythm to the whims of the breeze. He appeared brawny, like a trained fighter, even if his spirit still did not possess the inherent anger that might be ordinarily invoked by the typical stallion. The ropes of his muscles were thick with practice, a peppering of nearly invisible battle scars lining his side where certain stallions of note had managed to cause him injury. As he was only walking, his lengthy forelock lay messily across his forehead instead of swept back into the niche made between where his auds connected to his crown, sometimes invading his vision so that he was forced to toss it from his view from time to time, but never with vicious intent. He felt… what was the word? Frisky, strong, content? He didn’t know exactly what word could be contorted to contain all of his current feelings, but that was of no importance. All he was concerned with currently was that whatever he was feeling was good, and he was determined to enjoy it before he was confronted with something that might cause him to lose it again. He knew it was perhaps imprudent to permit these feelings to overwhelm him and set his hooves to a sophisticated rhythm, filling his eyes with a kind of light that had not been there for some time, but he was nearly beyond caring. No, rather than tossing these “frivolous” feelings aside, he grasped them, feeding upon their strength so that he might find the will to continue into this unknown and terrifying adventure, for this adventure truly was terrifying, if he allowed himself to follow that lead of thoughts. This was no different than every other time he had approached a mare and genuinely offered her his heart, except this time he dearly hoped she wouldn’t accept it only to turn it down in the end. He would rather have his heart taken and thrown to the floor in the first three minutes than have it taken, loved, and then willingly permitted to wither and die over the course of three years. He may have managed the brutal pain of betrayal and disappointment over the course of his life for the very reason that he loved so deeply to begin with, but he was not sure how much more of that kind of weight his tether could hold. Eventually, that fraying thread would snap and send him flying backwards into the void. He only hoped that this next fae, if he could even find one that viewed him as at least partially worthy of her presence, would be different.
Perhaps he was merely a weak and emotional stag. Maybe he was just weighing himself down with his own problems as opposed to trying to find a way to fight back up from the depths to which he had fallen and stand in defiance of those tides of pain. Instead of being sad for what he had lost, perhaps he should be angry at those who had left him and throw his pain back from whence it had come. But he could not; that was not who he was. He was not about to go on some wild rampage, masquerading as a mad brujo who thinks himself superior to everyone else. That would simply go completely against his character. Besides, he could not even dare to imagine throwing pain in the face of the aggressors who had brought him to these dangerous depths, no matter the times he had thrashed angrily in his solitude as thoughts bore down to torment him in memory. He physically winced at the thought of bringing pain of any kind to one such as, say, Lorena. No, he could not. Eso no es que soy. He shook head violently as if to clear it of an offensive murkiness that had begun to seemingly blur his vision, snapping out of the current train of thoughts to focus on what mystery lie ahead. His thoughts pleaded for him to still the flowing stride of his walk and perhaps ponder a while, but he was sick of thinking. He had thought too long and hard in loneliness over the past months. Now was the time for action. He increased his pace to a trot, tendrils of hair now bouncing all over the place in reaction to his jaunty cadence as the wind had ceased to move them against his accord. For the time being, the currents seemed content to watch and observe what the porcelain stag did. They preferred not to interfere unless it became necessary or unless it would provide them some sort of amusement to touch upon the stag’s listening auds and tease him with whisperings of desire. For now, they lay fairly dormant, only deigning to rise in small whirls about his hooves as he moved over the earth. He permitted himself to draw in the image of his surroundings, to breathe the scents of the scene interlaced with the fragrance of the mare and stronger, more pungent odor of stallion. He did not worry himself about finding any particular mare; he was content to wander these grounds until he saw the fae whose heart called out to him, asking for his assistance. For his love. Como Lorena, años hace. No, no, he could not think of her now. Like a beautiful butterfly that nearly dies before it is finally permitted to flee the insubstantial net of its captor, so had Lorena left him. Now he must focus on another. Besides, it wasn’t as if Lorena, after she had left, hadn’t had every stallion in the lands crawling after her who would have died to be the shoulder she cried upon, wanting desperately to be a part of her sweet haven. If she could move on as she had, then surely he should be able to pull himself back together all this time later to at least make an effort, no matter how pitiful he might appear in his current state. And pitiful he might be, but his muscles did not lie and neither did certain aspects of his character. There was a lion’s strength coiled beneath the confines of his fur and strength even amidst the weak flaws in his nature. Beyond all that, he ruled Lucium. He had a title, which made him something in the eyes of those around him even if it did not in his own.
It was then that complete shock overwhelmed the white stag, cognition drawing on the image that had somehow appeared some distance ahead of him. The distance resting between him and this object of his attention was great enough so that he could gather himself, extracting himself from thoughts that seemed determined to drown him in his past rather than release him into the future. His movements slowed from trot to walk that wavered between bold and tentative, focus intent now on what he had made out by scent and sight to be a beautiful Arabian fae, clothed in fur a shade of heavenly white. Stilts came to an abrupt halt below the lip of the rise she stood upon as a whinny pierced the unusual silence that prevailed around them. The whinny, even despite its great beauty in melody, was filled with the desolation of loneliness, the absolute despair found in the sinister nadir of the world at its worst. Fiction felt as if his whole body was sinking into a bottomless pit at its sounding, lost into the oblivion of sadness that sought to overpower. His ears drooped to the sides, muzzle dipping lower in dejection towards the earth. The very winds stirred around him in mourning, brushing with quivering energy against his sides. A deep, forlorn sigh escaped his lungs, barrel heaving as if he could not bear the burdens of this world any longer. How could such a sad sound ever come forth from such an image of this? Fiction could hardly bear it. Soon, though, he found his hooves carrying him up over the rise of that hill, pistons managing to maintain the power and strength of his being even while the pools of his umber eyes held a great, unfathomable sorrow. He paused in front of the mare, allowing silence to stretch peacefully between them as he took in the scene of broken beauty. Cautiously, as if he could scarcely sustain the strength to continue movements, he continued his approach until he could nearly feel her heated breath upon his soft plush. Doleful eyes noted the tears that she had spilled, that had fallen from her own beautiful liquid eyes to trace lines of memory down her cheeks. All he wanted in that moment was to whisk her away to some fairy tale, to be true to his name and erase whatever pain had befallen her. Oh, the world could be so cruel. “My dear, my beautiful dear, why is it that you cry so?” He wanted desperately to reach out, to capture her pain and throw it away forever. He wanted to touch his soft muzzle against her jowl, hoping it would bring at least some comfort and perhaps stem this cursed pain. But for now, he simply stood there, allowing the great depth of concern in his question to part from his lips to travel to her ears. And now he awaited her response.
And if you leave here You leave me broken
Translations: Eso no es que soy. --> That is not who I am.
Como Lorena, años hace. --> Like Lorena, years ago.

they say loves all fun and games Till someone gets hurt They say loves all the same Whats the worth? ♥This isnt the life for me♥ There was silence in the air as the world revolved, the quiet emotions flowing out and in,Love was a terror, something that took, gave, broke yet mended. It was a funny system, yes indeed. So many times do you hear the old stories about young maidens in distess then being swept off their feet by prince charming. But life wasnt like that.Tortue inside her soul...thats what this was.She cried and cried...LLife had taken her away, then sucked her dry.Love had ruined her whole entire soul, corrupting her mind.It was like a maze that would never end, pulling her back and forth. She wanted it to end, more than anything. Her life has been a diseaster and torturse, she had always wanted the fairytale ending.Prince charming, sweep off the feet, true love, never ending story.Anything would be better than this actaully, this was like punishment for her and her mother getting to close to someone. They had paied their prices one more than the other. And now Melody was doomed to be by herself forever...or not?Who knew, she just wanted the pain to ease,to love and be loved back.It was her one and only wish, she wanted to find someone, become close and someday have a foal.Actaully she wanted a foal soon, she had always wanted to be a mother, maybe so she could give her child a better life than the one she recieved. There was a chill running over her,and this time it wasnt death. So much had conquered her life, her love, her soul since her life had started. As a foal she had been a spunky lil flirty filly. There was not a soul in Dyain that hadnt loved her and known who she was.Her father Zodiac had been the sweetest gentlemen to the face of earth and her mother,Odette was a pure beauty. One of the twin sisters,Odette and Aurora, two very well known names that were passed on.And now she thanked her aunt, for she had rejected her father and that brought him to her mother. It was funny how she had been born, her mother had been raped as a young fae,and ran with her sister to Dyain where she met Zodiac and became queen of the terrain. Then she bred with Zodiac,so in all honesty Melody didnt have a clue who she was really from, her father Zodiac or Gustan the bastard who had taken her mother. But with Odette fell in love beyond her wildest dreams but only a few months did that last for one day Zodiac disappeared and never returned. She found out from one of his close friends that he had fallen ill and had tried coming home to his family but died in the winter storm.Odette had cried her eyes out, never coming out of her cave, ignoring Melody. For months on Melody was taken care of by the herd and the horses of Dyain...and one day when she went to visit her mother she saw her galloping wildy.Melody called out to her mother running after her but stopped, her eyes wide when she saw her mother jump off the high mountain...and that was the last of Odette.Melody was never the same, her heart hated all brutes, got close to no one and was shy around any one.Her lifestyle became hostile in hate for everything living, unlike her mother and father. She had been deserted into this world, with nothing to hold onto. Suddenly something snapped in the fae's mind and she snapped around, her arabian skull lifting in alertness.Euphony snorted in anger, large pink nares flamed as she took in the scent from the wind. The cool breeze blew at her face, stinging her aqua pools that rolled back into their sockets, whites showing as she screamed.Ivorn whicpord snapped at her side, dashing away the pesky flies that swarmed at her rump and hind cannons. The mare shifted her weight off her long pillars she ,daggers ifting and dropping in a slow rythme.Slowly she looked around, seeing nothing only hearing a sweet song fill the air, rotating and flowing through and over. She sighed,a long breathe releasing form her broad chest, heaving in and out.Tears flowed out from her shimmering optics, long memorys rewinging and going back and forth. The song was so sweet, her auds swivled atop her small dish framed skull, her maw lifted to the air checking for a scent once more.There...there it was.Long call escaped from her vocalbox, tingling her throat as she tossed her skull, long wavy tressels cascading over her pools and upon her arching boa.Rump swung to the side as she heard a cantering of hooves.Femme lowered her dial then tossed it up,her bodice lifting into the air as her hind limbs supported her in a full rear.Pillars clashed lifitng her higher and higher as her daggers thrashed at the air,as if there was something to take her anger out on.And then she saw a figure upon the horizon, for a second she thought she was looking at her reflection,a mirage of some kind, though she knew better...no doubt it was a stallion Euphony raised a brow, her full bodice collapsing to the ground quickly as she tilted her skull watching the ivory brute come closer and closer. Why was he appraoching her,her of all mares her.A slight toss of her skull, aqua pools starred back at the brute as he stopped. His full bod looming over her,he looked of some spanish blood,he was fully filled out.He was quite handsome,Euphony snorted gently as he shifted his weight. The mare looked back over her dappled shoulder before turning back to the brute, she lowered her maw and rubbed her dial upon her ivorn dipped foreleg. She couldnt hide her sadness, her hostility or anything,it was written all over her.Euphony glanced up at the stallion, her audits swivled as he spoke, those tones!!!So they had been his?She smirked, the first time in a long time, her tainted lambrums rolling up as her vocalbox errupted. Her own soft tunes rolled out into the air echoing into her own towers. She didnt want to sound hostile,or be mean, this brute seemed okay, but you could never trust anyone,or at least not yet. Why do I cry?The same reason every fae has their heart torn.Fear of life, lose of love. The maiden sighed gently, her whipcord stinging her ivory pelt as she stood watching the brute wondering what he would say, what he would do.A soft tear rolled down her face as she heard him say "beautiful dear".She hadntd been called that since she was very little, before her parents died. She held back the tears hoping she wouldnt cry infront of the brute.Euphony snorted and slowly whispered into the wind. MM name is Euphony,or else known as Melody, and you are brute? They say loves a waste of time You never get what you want They say loves just a crime Only here to flirt and taunt [/center]

Everyone should carefully observe which way his heart draws him, and then choose that way with all his strength. - Hasidic Saying
----
From the moment his optics had first witnessed her, raised upon slender hind stilts with daggers reaching for the sky, he knew he had been taken. He might not have admitted it, but already he found his heart drawn with powerful attraction towards this alabaster fae whose very hostility emanated from her figure, sadness etched across her features and buried in the moisture of her tears. He felt sorrow for her situation, for the pain she had most evidently endured, but his attraction was something far greater than mere sorrow, touching upon an emotion that did not at all concern pity. He felt as if a mutual connection had already been formed between the two whose pelts were of similar tone, founded by mistrust and betrayal. Life had served them both cruelty which they had been forced to consume without choice in the matter, and now the broken fragments were all that remained. Acrid bitterness swept through his mind as he considered what unjust event had befallen the figure now standing before him, defiant of her tears and mistrusting of his presence. Her eyes were cold with animosity and agony, unpleasant feelings obviously overwhelming her. Still, despite the load of pain that apparently pressed so viciously upon her pearly shoulders, she stood in resistance of her emotions, lowering her dial to wipe the remnants of tears that had escaped from her beautiful optics on a foreleg bathed in porcelain. Fiction frowned at this movement. He did not want her to hold back her pains for his sake. He knew how it felt to be at the depths of despair, having recently seen the dark emptiness of that pit himself. Holding back was most certainly not healing, if even such a thing could be healed. All he wanted to do in that exact moment was wrap her in his warm embrace forever, protect her from the miseries of the world with all he had to offer. She did not deserve what she had been dealt. It was simply wrong.
Auds pricked forward in attention, focusing on every word that deigned to fall from her lips. Her voice drifted beautifully to his ears, caught by the wind and carried through the air. Her lyrics were perhaps the most beautiful he had ever heard, and he was not in the least being delusional when that thought entered his head. They came to him like a teasing breeze as it travels through the boughs of trees, whispering currents of magic that were released into the atmosphere that graced his ears with their rhythmic presence. Her voice, even in its beauty, was tinged with a melodic sadness that pressed painfully upon his heart, squeezing it so that his breath came short and he felt nothing but anger at the iniquity of life sweep through his harried form. Suppressed feelings that had dwelt within the corners of his own mind rose to the surface and he found his eyes wandering towards the heavens with unspeakable wrath lurking within. How could life do this to them? How could they, who had done nothing wrong except exist upon the face of the earth, be handed these twisted cards of fate that carried them down paths of pain? Her voice faded away, leaving a sort of begrudged silence resting between the two. Saddened gaze returned to her, anger at his own kind broiling within. "Yes, and you, just as every other fae, deserve none of it. I am nearly ashamed to call myself a stallion, so many times my gender has cursed the femmes. If I could alleviate you of whatever pain you have endured, I would do it this instant." Le prometo... soy diferente.
He watched as another tear slipped from her beautiful eyes, drifting lazily down her cheek in response to his words. He felt intense sorrow then, wishing with great desperation that he could simply make it all go away. But life is not so simple as to permit such a thing and so they must carry their burdens. They must continue to fight the pain as the virulent side of life raised its ugly head in spite. What, oh what had they ever done to receive such treatment? He took a tentative step forward in the midst of her sadness, extending his neck to tenderly touch his velvety muzzle against her cheek, feeling the wet tear come into contact with his soft plush. Fear enveloped him that she would suddenly refuse him, that she might shove him off and accuse him of false actions. Just now, he was the opposite of falsity. He was desperately honest and he needed her to permit his touch. If she didn't... he feared that ember that had been awoken would crumble and die in a heap of ashes. He remained close to her side then, auds swiveling at the continuation of her voice. "Melody," he breathed softly, making it a whisper in her aud, permitting the name she had at last provided him with to roll gently from his tongue. He retreated a step then, eyes coming to meet hers that remained hard, even though his own begged her to trust him, even if only a little bit. He understood how she might reject him, but oh, how he wished she would not. "My name is Fiction. I come from Lucium, the ocean ledge." With the silence, he felt compelled to continue. "I only laid claim to Lucium very recently. It is beautiful there... the view is simply breathtaking." Perro no tan hermosa como tú... His baritones halted then as he felt he had perhaps droned on longer than intended already. Still, he could not retain the words that next slipped past his enamels. "Perhaps you would like to see it someday?" He winced. He was being too forward already, but he could not control himself. His lips moved seemingly of their own accord and there was no way to retract what had already been spoken. He only hoped that she would not refuse him... he needed her to not refuse him. Not now, not when he had found such bright hope winking at him within his reach. Por favor, no se me niégue, mi Melodía hermosa. Translations:
Le prometo... soy diferente. --> I promise you... I am different.
Perro no tan hermosa como tú... --> But not as beautiful as you...
Por favor, no se me niégue, mi Melodía hermosa. --> Please, do not refuse me, my beautiful Melody.

-->> There are some things in life that aren't meant to be seen or remembered. Yet, most of them manage to leak through the lips of the fortunate foul that managed to catch a glimpse of the action. Then, those few seconds of story would turn into a tale, the truth being stretched into one thick and long lie. It would continue to grow over the years, every equine adding its own little twist or specialty to it. Now, you have a whole bookshelf of lies; created from one little minute description of the truth. The process was amazing, some never doubting for a second the lies that were seethingly fed to them. Only the ones that knew the truth could sit back and smile, watching the lying continue and laughing themselves to sleep about the wickedly twisted truth. More would scan the rows and rows of lies, searching for the right one to mangle even more and form into their own little inside lie. Nobody knew the truth from lies anymore it seemed, nobody knew the words 'personal business' anymore either. If you happened to be in hearing range well then, your personal on-goings must be the snoopers as well. But, well shall return to the original topic; seeing as we got a little more then a slight bit off subject a half a dozen sentences ago. Some equines were meant to be remembered while others needed to be pushed to the back corner of your mind, to have dust collect on their shadows. Others were meant to be talked about day and night, remembered twenty-four seven. The part about things not being seen, well that is a similar story but, only a different angle. Like family feuds between a mother and father, trying to keep quiet while the children sleep on in the rooms down the hall. Its almost like trying to keep a glass vase from breaking in a crazy mosh-pit; its pointless. Silently, the child stir in their beds, hugging their blankets to their chests, trying desperately to drown out the shouting with the sound of their heartbeat. Slowly, the screaming would become too much and one sibling would creep into another's room and snuggle in their beds, praying that the abusee would be safe when daylight came. The shouting would finally stop, the sounds of sweet nothing being heard through the walls. It was amazing how quickly ones emotions could change, how we could hate someone one second and love them the next second. In the morning, the parents would act as if last night had never happened but, the cuts and bruises would leave criminal evidence. Several cuts on his face, the result of nails digging into soft flesh; bruises covering her arms and neck, from being held too tightly and then shaken. Those were the things that weren't meant to be seen and forever meant to be forgotten but, nobody in that home would forever get that night -- the night that terror and fear gripped them all.
-->>Was it not the truth that life has its curelity bestowed upon those who did not deserve it?Such a punishment was a no mercy situtation, tell me,what had she done to come to this? The trth was,she had done nothing, she had nothing to live for, because she had done nothing. Now that was unhealthy and very unfair,or atleast revolved inside of Melody's head. The lose of her parents had made her grieve for so long that she begun to care of nothing, for nothing. And she just couldnt understand why this stallion seemed so...different.He was very intriguing, amazing, and so gentle for who he was,why did it seem that he could heal her.No one else had been able to do so,why should he be any different?OR was this a trap to make her fall even further and be hurt, again,no sir she wouldnt do that again. She would be careful with this one,it made her sad but she had to be cunning.-->>There was silence between them as they stood, lyrics floating inside their minds, the only remembrance of meeting. The air chirped, breeze swaying over her ivory bodice as the tears began to fall again. It hurt her to cry infront of others, she had been so strong for so long that it was painful to cry openly infornt of anyone, especially a perfect stranger.Audits swiveled quizically as sweet tones filled her towers, rushing over her, through her viens and straight into her most vunerable area....her heart. She sighed, clear tears still floating out of her aqua sockets as the mare's whipcord flicked gently over her perfect carved rump as she shifted weight,a smile crossing her shaped lambrums as he spoke.Melody's heart thumped as the words flowed in and out of her, muscles rippled under the evening sun.Stars would soon ripple in the charcoal sky, next to mother luna if it was her duty this night.Maybe mother nature would surprise them and cover her in disugise...for she had surprised Melody one too many times...one more wouldnt hurt..right?-->>Melody closed her small lids, shaking her arabian dished skull, aqua pools glsitening as they were shown to the world.Sobs escaped her fianlly, not able to contain herself as the words flowed from her maw.Vocalbox tingled in silent echoes as lyrics of sweet song flowed on out.Brute.Your words sooth me so.Ive never met someone like you, most would take advantage of my placement.I am glad for your sincerity. And believe me,if I could take things back,I would in an instant aswell.Life is a burden we all must carry, some things bring it worthwhile while others make it the less bareable.Crystal optics starred back at the spanish stallion, her small frame looking up at his.Melody sighed, her sides heaving in and out, ivory pelt glistening as the night sky took place, twilight hour would appear soon, her favorite. The young mare sighed, flicking her long wavy whipcord, her hind cannons kicked out playfully was the brute spoke and watched.
-->>Suddenly it was all so quick, but Fiction was by her side, maw extended in a gentle firgure.A soft smile crept upon her maw as she watched him,how lovely he was.How much she wished she could find someone like him, maybe someday,Melody lowered her nape, muslces rippling in tense as his whiskers brushed her cheek, picking up the clear tears that cascaded down her cranium. She couldnt make a move or say a thing for she was caught up in the moment of it all.Amazed.She listened to Fiction whisper her name so gently and full of...something unknown to herself. She looked back at him,her aqua pools darting side to side, looking at the gorgeous night.I...I....The words rolled off her own tongue and no sooner did she speak he stepped back, that moment she wanted to reach out and yell "Dont leave!".She hoped she had done nothing but as he looked into her eyes she felt like she was falling far into something she had neer known.Auds swiveled happily atop her crown as the mystery wonder stallion spoke his name.Fiction, your name suits you well. She eyes him, listening intentavily as he spoke of his home and the gorgeous view. How amazingly wonderful that must be,she lsitened eagerly hoping for words to follow,of asking in any way.But they did not come, thought these followed"Perhaps you would like to see it someday?"..She had hoped he would ask her home with him,but that never came.Melody smiled gently at the offer and lowered her skull happily.Id be honored.Love had found its way..for sure.

To be brave is to love someone unconditionally, without expecting anything in return. To just give. That takes courage, because we don't want to fall on our faces or leave ourselves open to hurt. -- Madonna
----
Carefully, he observed the wonderful fae whose name was Melody, standing before him with such strength in appearance. He took note of her beauty, of the porcelain pelt that stretched over her dainty yet powerful figure. Her dial held a gentle curve that whispered of Arabian lineage, more beautiful by far than any before he had witnessed. His dark, lucid eyes that were now filled with unspoken depths of emotion noted the siwsh of her ivory tassels as the breeze rose around them. The wind had again come, whirling around them in a lazy circle that kissed his fur, urging him forward, pressing him to release his fears of denial and take this image of wonder beneath his delicate wing. The look in her exquisite, candied optics wrapped him in a sort of spell, stealing breath from his lungs he did not even know he possessed. He found himself leaning forward, unable to help himself, already regretting the chasm of space that rest between them. He was too far away; he did not belong here. He belonged by her side, muzzle buried in the ashen tendrils of her mane, side brushing against hers in warmth. He wanted to be there for her, to lift her pain and carry her away into the sunset, even if that did seem a little too fictional for the senses. He didn't care. He wanted to bring her the world, to reach up into the boundless sky and capture the stars to lay at her glittering flints. Most of all, he wanted to give her his love for eternity, unconditionally and without restraint. By now, he knew he could not leave her, not for anything. He would much rather die than permit this moment to pass through his grasp unheeded. He could simply not imagine in the least turning weighted stilts even the slightest amount from her figure, leaving her behind. She needed him. He needed her. He was not going anywhere.
He felt the slow beat of his heart ticking away the passing of endless seconds in the cage of his Spanish chest, concentrating on the low thud as it began a slow increase whilst thoughts turned their course, focus always remaining steadfastly on the mare before him. Mi Melodía... Creo te amo. The sky above began to darken, light fading in a fiery burst of colors that stretched across the lands. He was nearly shocked as the colors enveloped Melody, gilding her alabaster coat in the colors of the sun. Maw nearly parted to tell her just how beautiful she was, but it shut again in awe. He could not, not yet, but soon. Then the sun was gone, slipping ceremoniously to sleep behind the purple mountains in the distance, smirking with glee as it bid its joyous farewell. Twilight spread across the sky and Fiction looked up to view this spectacle, the stars beginning to slowly emerge from their hiding to wink happily in the growing darkness. The sky was doused in a dark navy shade, darkening slowly with passing of seconds. Melody appeared to glow in the twilight, coat illumed by some heavenly force. She was just so indescribably beautiful in that moment, Fiction found it difficult to breathe.
Her lyrics rang out into the atmosphere, pressing tenderly upon his auds, filling him with the strange sensation of floating. He felt as if he paced on clouds now, as if never before had he felt so happy in his life. Elation swept over him as eyes that were filled with the reflection of starlight came to rest on Melody's, the bond that lay like a rope between them an almost tangible thing. His emotions were inexplicable, incomprehensible, unfathomable. Whatever they were, they were strong, that, he could say. Love. It bled through him like a vine that curls and clings desperately to its foundation, filling his veins with heat where before they had been frigid as ice. She had not refused him. She had accepted him. She had accepted him. The thought ran through his mind repeatedly as if something had finally snapped within his mind, replaying that thought over and over without pause. He was the image of stillness, but inside he was churning with emotion that was intoxicating him as a drug might. Her eyes, those beautiful globes of light, were no longer as mistrusting, filled with an emotion that could have been something Fiction dared not believe. And she appeared to want him back, as if she was saddened as well that he had removed himself even one step from her form. No, sé te amo. Then emerged those wonderful words from her velvet kissers, leaving him rigid with shock. "I'd be honored."
He focused cautiously on his breathing, settling the fluttering of his heart and attempting to halt the constricting of his throat. In, out... in, out... Hot breath continued to come, head whirling in a void. He snapped out of it quickly though, for the sake of this mare before him, coming to rational senses. He dare not let her down now. He felt a sense of boldness creep into his body, bolstering him with confidence as breathing became slightly more shallow with faster pace. The time had come to do what he feared, to do what he knew he must do, but not only because he must, but because he absolutely wanted to with all his strength. He was going to willingly give this mare his heart in its entirety, offer it to her to break or carry at her whim. He found that this thought did not disturb him as much as it might have, however, for there inside of him, buried in the recesses of deep emotion, bloomed a sense of trust. Where it had discovered its foundation, he did not know, but such things cannot always be touched upon as tangible objects, only understood with visceral comprehension. Some things are intuitive. Some things are simply felt with the heart and known to be true, even despite the facts that might offer protest against those feelings that are prevalent for all else to view.
Focus returned, eyes halting their irresolute wandering to return to hers, staying there for a moment before flints stretched out in movement. In a moment's notice he had swiveled about so that he was by her side, parallel pelts brushing against each other teasingly. His maw came to rest on her nape, tender lips moving with utmost delicate affection against her topline. Hot breath was whispered against her fur, and he nearly smiled, even despite the seriousness of the situation, as her skin seemed to twitch at his touch. He removed his muzzle, but he stayed by her side, not daring to move even a fraction away from her side. He peered at her, eyes coming to rest on hers, half-smile coming to grace his maw. He opened his mouth, husky voice that was filled with deep passion emerging in something just above a whisper next to her aud. "No, I've changed my mind. I want you to come with me to Lucium..." a pause came and tension lay heavy in the air, but he at last managed to continue, determined to voice his desire, "...And I want you to come as my queen. Will you do that my sweet Melody?" He gazed at her with slight worry, love blazing in his optics. "Melody, I think I need you. No, I know. You are not only the most beautiful thing I have ever had the pleasure of laying eyes upon, but I can also sense the strength and intelligence of a leader. And my heart is calling for you. Please... please come with me." Le necesito... desesperadamente. Translations:
Mi Melodía... Creo te amo. --> My Melody... I believe I love you.
No, sé te amo. --> No, I know I love you.
Le necesito... desesperadamente. --> I need you... desperately.
ooc/edit: I changed a part of it that was bugging me. Weird, I know, but it didn't seem right and I think its better now.

ooc: Okay, no worries. I'm glad to know you're back. I was getting afraid that Melody may have abandoned poor old Fiction here. And yes, of course the position is still available.

-->>Tell me what is this strange feeling that is over taking my body, caressing my soul in an unfathomable way.Why am I feeling all giddy inside, this isnt right.Or is this what I have heard so much about but never got to experience. Is this what I know...what I want?Is this love.It was strange to feel this warmth inside her heart,a feeling that had never conqeurored her before.Maybe because she never got the chance to actaully have that sorta...well...intimate.Something odd was happening to her,she had never been...sweet...or nice to anyone...not another soul.Well other than her aunt, but she never spoke to her anymore not after her deserting her.It was a sad stroy actaully but she never spoke of anyone...for she felt no need to.
-->>Euphony watched Fiction silently, words wrapped up inside her, wanting desperatly to envolpe the world and escape. But she dared not to speak a single word, for this moment would be ruined. She simply wanted to cherish the feeling inside her, coming at her.She had never felt it and she feared to lose it.The world was a silent place as she watched him stare at her,her own pools gazing over him.Admiring him, wanting him, when was the last time she really wanted something..anything...let alone..someone.Shades drooped as she thought for a moment, hoping when she opened her pools that this stallion would still be there. And for sure he was,a small smile grasped her tainted lambrums,a slow happy feeling gripping at her heart. It was a small tingle up her spine as he leaned in towards her.Muscles rippled gently as her ivorn body shook. Her heart pounded so fast and loud she wouldnt be surprised if he couldnt hear it.Auds swiveled atop her skull, listening to his slow and heavy breathing.Melody lifted her arabian dished cranium, her aqua pools glistening in the sunset, she watched quietly as the sun slipped beyond those lavender mountains standing in their glory. The ball of fire seemed to wave as it disappeared, announcing night as the moon seemed to rise behind it.Stars twinkled within the ebon night, sparkling on her ivory hide,in close contrast with the ball of copper that obtained her pools.
-->>Breathing betrayed her as Fiction came in near her,his body touching her,a sensation she would never resist ever again. She cried out.wanting badly to touch him back, though she was so very afraid.Temptation overcame her as he laied his maw upon her,she turned her skull.Shades blinking sielntly, her aqua pools glittering under the illuimnating sky.Whipcord of ivorn flickered over her hide, brisking the night bugs away, slightly brushing the brutes shoulder.Cannons stretched as she shifted her wieght, optics gazing at the Spanish stallion who had now so easily captivated her heart. Why was this?No one had ever gotten close enough to her and suddenly he sweeps in and sweeps HER off her feet...unusual.But she would not argue it,she just wanted to be happy and she felt it with this brute like she had never felt it.Hopefully he would not betray her.Suddenly her auds twitched and ivorn skin bristled as he spoke, her vocalbox stiffened and her heart dropped at his tunes. She couldnt beleive it but it was true,he had asked her to come home with him...a HOME...how long ago that had been. She gulped,Melody looked back at him, starring into his eyes, letting her heart drift off into the clouds. Her mane flipped, cascading onto her boa as ashen tendrils covered her orbs of gloss. And then it came...he wanted her as his queen. She hadnt ever heard those words spoken to her...not once.Only she heard the fairytale spoken to her from Odette, her mother who had the world and now she stood in that very postiion...it was impossible but so so true.A smile faded and a grin replaced.Tears filtered out of her sockets, dripping to the sod on the ground, she couldnt believe the sweet words forming from this brutes mouth. He called her beautiful, powerful and a leader and he wanted her.She gasped and nodded gently, words finally forming at her own kissers.Fiction.I cant even begin to tell you how happy I am to hear you speka those words to me.I have never had the chance to feel love.My mother killed herself after my fater died in a storm. So my aunt was to take care of me and we traveled to an acient land where she left me and in all this time.ive never been able to feel "something" for someone. But you've changed that. And I think...I know I need you to.Im in love with you Fiction and Id rather die than not be with you. Ofocurse Ill accompany to your lands..as your queen.
