Well, I had a burst of muse and decided to finish this tonight. Nevermind the pile of homework that's hanging over my head like noose.
Anyways! The difference between the two is simply that in the first one, I wrote out the slogan across the top in a line while in the second one I wrote it exactly as you did in your request. I prefer the first one, personally, but I wasn't sure if you really wanted it that way or not. Er... as for the colors, I'm not sure I quite captured what you wanted, but it does seem warm to me, although more serene than happy. Also the stupid darn shadow wasn't quite cooperating, but I hope it appears at least halfway decent.
If you don't like it, feel free to reorder. If you want me to change something, I'd be happy to. Other than that, I'm sure you know the drill.
