The cry did not fall on deaf ears. A stallion shining like the bright copped earth heard the sound, and with curious senses, approached. Calling back through the world of the claiming grounds, he soon came across a lovely young fae.
A smile crossed his noble mug and he offered her a sweeping bow followed by melodic, romantic lyrics.
My lady, I am Rogue Commander, might I peacefully inquire your dubbance? He asked, wishing the beautiful lady to speak to him and hoping she had interest.
((Hi!!! It's Skye!! lol))

An orchid crunches beneath the soft pitter patter of duckling feet, padding along moist bronze sand-soil, following mud-path quarried by former creatures. The pale evening light washing over as gentle waves of salty ocean lap against polished stones, while songbirds and martins sing in their pond by the sea, and multicolored fish darted about beneath the water’s glassy surface. Her sad brown eyes watch them carry out their dailies, as if living this humdrum life style means nothing to them, that they mind not their routine doings, only a miniscule portion of their time wasted on spontaneous indulging. Foreign hooves scrape against worn dirt-path that weaves through the damp gravel, a thick past pulsing out from beneath a pair of diminutive black hooves. No sound escapes her lips but her eyes laugh with the innocent laughter of a child; trapped and lonely beneath the green-gold surface of a distraught infant.
In appearance the Furioso had a correcly porportioned head which is quite often refined and has more of a thoroughbred look then that of the Nonius. The neck is porportioned to the body and is muscular with a prolific mane. They are often described as having basic workmanlike conformation which is a debt to the Nonius. They are often long through the back, have muscular quarters, strong legs, and hocks that are well let down. They should be wide through the chest and have a sloping shoulder. Conformational faults that may occur are pigeon toes in front or cowhocks behind. Generally they have well reformed legs without defects but in some cases with premature foals they develop these after two to three months. Normally they are bay chestnut or black but on occasion a grey foal will be born, unique and rare like our palouse.
She strides with the novel steps of a child yet she is not new to this place, she is careful, each innovative step more tender then the last; lest a rarer avis cross one’s incautious eyes. She is made of star-dust of red-gold rays twisted, joined within the accidental meeting of two former lovers that have now grown so far apart. She is alone in this world of ancient spruce, without love, without emotion. No one is immune to emotion; no one can hide them selves in a sea of grass like she can. She is undeniably skilled; her actions fall effortlessly with much intent yet still accidental.
Now, however, night has become her playmate – it is through night that she wanders, half-mad and half-brilliant, in the dim pools of starlight and moonshine, casting slanted shadows upon and almost through her. They create images of fantasy that spill from her mind in her own shell of a world, the concealing shadow shrouds her, fastening the star-child to its bosom, removing her from reality. She is gray – a pale shade rather then pure white; her mane falls silver around her neck and shoulders, wind-swept, with tinge of this wild and improbable. Her mud-smeared hooves pad lightly across anonymous soil, wandering through the ancient forest along shore-line and aspen. So does my breathless child wander; pale-white and tender – a chest of loveliness and grace; mane to the wind, she drifts with the invisible sand, beneath her feet. You must forgive her for being afraid; forgive her for shying away; for she knows not what you are.
Longing dissolves her worry, shatters the walls of her reserve and she smiles a little, though those eyes remain downcast, lovely, dark eyes, as the sea’s depth. She dares steal a look at him, briefly, timidly; She reverts her quiet eyes to the other mare, although not taking a meek glimpse as she did with that male. With this mare she does not bother to look in her face, instead she stares, wide-eyed with wanderlust, at the moon. He smells of the sea, of that fragrance she so much adores; she does not know why he has approached this female, she seems no more a portrait of every other avis that tattles around the group. Yet Palòuse does not judge, she is oblivious to the prattle of horses and wildlife around her, immune to their allure. In a sweep of wind her lovely eyes are no more, hidden beneath the shade of forelock. “Palòuse.” she says, as if his original query was directed at her.

The sun's soft glimmer suited to warm the beast's skin, the shining brilliance of feverish russet portrait reflected a bright welcome to another about. Afternoon subtleness had no qualm to he, the day served him just as well as the night. A breeze called along his arched drape, the locks dancing in a hesitant flight vertically, but fearing the unknown dropped again with an undefeated grace to hang lengthy on his copper arch.
Standing taller than the other due to a stray line in his otherwise flawless mustang breedance, he was the product of a specially chosen alignment, a truce among the warring, a passing breath between strangers meant to solidify bonds through the end of time. A living peace document carrying a burden he thought rather amusing. Rogue Commander lived by lines of 'positive thinking,' and as the other approached his conversation, he had no ill will towards her.
High dome swivelled lightly, a slight tilt of thick curiosity. A tress of dark golden hue crossed over a portal, both of which were friendly and welcoming. A shimmer to them of respectful dignity, and underlying that the coltish gleam that would never truly leave him as long as he could still laugh.
Stepping at an angle to allow him vocal exchange with this one but not to shun the other, Rogue Commander smiled. Such a name, angelic descent it would seem. The soft nobility of his voice was tinted with friendly humor, an invite to join them with no hesitance. Tis of the greatest pleasure Palòuse. He offered a gentle nod of greeting, auds perched for any replies from the others. Then, remembering his manners that occasionally faded from his conciousness, he spoke once more. Ah, shant I be the fool that deserts the proper state of mind? Incase you were not of audible range before, I am Rogue Commander. He stopped again, a smile placed still upon his lips firmly.

Floral petals shy away from pale plum moon-light; novel sprouts encasing the leaves of child-blossom that shroud her diminutive black hooves. She wanders along mud-path through anonymous lands with meaningless wanderlust in her eyes. Those eyes, quiet amber eyes, bore into his, studying the once familiar features. She hides her identity, not allowing him to fully come to the realization that she is, indeed, and elemental creature, not at all the usual, her uniqueness frightened her, filled her with fantastic terrors, revived only from fictional fables, story’s of terrible fiends. She is def to the prattle of horses and wildlife around her, completely detached from her surroundings. All that she is aware of are his eyes, those miraculous, inexplicably familiar eyes.
She has seen him coming, the black stallion, powerful and massive as most; and she is frightened, my Palòuse, beneath his brooding gaze, as insistent and sensuous as it is – she, my beautiful rape-child, darling Palòuse, she has known the results of such looks, she has felt the acid of such contacts; the mother’s fate has been her own, long ago and Palòuse finds it hard to not dwell upon such thoughts, of sexuality and the murder of her purity, of his body (then, a bay, proud thing, slithering and dangerous) upon her own and ah, how she shivers, to turn and face this beast that comes from shadows as much as she comes from light, from her land where the sun never sets; and something inspires terror in her little dove heart, something makes her tremble visibly, as she slips further into a tree’s shadow (she had not even noticed such thing, not until now, her reverie interrupted) and turn that lovely face, hesitant and barely hiding the terror that seeps through every pore.
A hoof rises and falls listlessly in earth - red-gold powder and frothy ocean liquid. Her eyes dance, alight with the slight after glow of a smile; but when she speaks, her voice is sad. Those wide, ember eyes glow as star-fire; but they are also empty when she accepts the invitation and request, with a turn of her narrow head. To simply withdraw to her silent corner; only it is not as silent, for she says (and mind how his tone never wavers out of the cool, casual tone he has adopted), “I am the earth element,” she begins, pausing unable to continue her speech; her eyes are then hidden, beneath the shade of pale grey forelock. Momentarily she is sustained from her fear, “does this frighten you?” her voice is calm but a muffled whisper, audible but faded into the dusty gray of fright.
She turns to stare at him, barely disguising her fear, her concern, through the play of shadows upon her face; she is white, my dear Palòuse, pale-white and lovely, with a dainty, ashen muzzle and small, perky ears; with sea-foam to adorn her neck and hocks, all the way to her pasterns and she is beautiful, my Palòuse, my simple child.
