The sun rolled beneath the hill set, casting a doomed glow over the beach. Waves rolled and were swept back in a sweet lullaby. But oh how so unfitting for the lands that it was in. The cursed resided here. And yet still there was peace. Dams lay with their foals and proud stallion stood over them. At night, there was no good or evil, just sleep and dream. By nightfall, all would be still. At least, all that was to be expected.
As dark consumed the territories, the beast awoke. The carrier of all the nasty little deeds that were asked of them. Oh what joy. The hell fire when needed. Like the devil himself the carnivore arose, golden lanterns glowing in the moonlight. Her padded paws pattered on the soft earth beneath her. Eyelids blinked as she caught a glare of the full moon. A night for a huntress, a night for a hunt. The predator in the cat rumbled within her, and Kaplony allowed a long slow growl. Predatory release. She itched for raw meat. But she also felt obligated to meet her masters. The flesh could wait until later.
The feline emerged on a well trodden path, worn from many sets of hooves. It would most surely lead her to a place that was well used. There I shall wait Until the morning came, she would watch. If, in pure luck, a meal should present itself, she would have time to feed. Kaplony found a small nook on the outer wall of a cave. Overgrown leaves from the overhanging shrubs sheltered it well. A perfect place to wait out the night. Hoisting herself up on the ledge, the tigress lay her massive head upon her paws, eyes blinking. From here the cat could watch for all who came by. She feline did not like surprises...

"One unknown has dared to venture into these lands. Show yourself."
Hollows flared as wind told of others to be within the harsh boundaries. Salted zephyr continues to hurdle towards the shadow in which contained the ashen brute and told tales of another. An odd taste of scent ,it was, of another form ,perhaps, as well. The creature carried essence of its kind as well and one other to be closely held. Relationship or a bond he presumed ,whichever. Lithosphere provided not a resilient pleasure but rugged, stiff footholds dogged in their job to make the travels of one tiring.Braces grew into a loping ,yet cautious, lope because of the stoned terrain. Scenery had not yet to prove the visual proof of the form but he had only some so far from the darkened wood. Lone tress dotted the what seemed like a cleared environment and bitter when taken in deeply almost as a taste, a scent of decay and poison to one. The haunted equine of Beorla made way to the shores of trembling aqua and this not made for refreshment. The wretched blue was what gave a unmerciful character to the realm. And it pleased though such few evergreen did not. Though the mogul hardly was to eat himself it was not true for many others when they were to some. Legion ,though not of the greedy type, had left. Her absence might bring irritance to the awaiting other for this kind did not just tarry in one place without guard. A feline The name came blurred to mind but myth of their presence was never to be taken as a myth in truth and was really not such a surprise to the quid who had only awaken one once before. The cat's entrance was not made temporarily for the aroma was strong for only one stretch of terrain and was obviously made permanent. Pale czar of the lands moved with a more free gait now reaching the sloppy mess of grit moistened by the reigning tide. Enamels chipped one another with the sinking motion when stepping upon the sand. Hollowed facials proved somewhat amusement in the search for feline.
Salutations feline of Beorla.I am the leader of these lands under such name and you are to be an intruder if not stating your duty. I sense the close presence of one other of your kind. Is that one to come also?
Lobes tilted back in approved welcoming for the slow moving time but aggression was to be given if needed. This one had come without telling but if coming for a reason of importance was to be respected but with his own dominance to be shown. Cochlea settled within the cloaking of tendrils blown in direction of the nipping wind which would eventually at nightfall to be a harsh bite. But it was hardly called a nightfall was the encampment was shadowed already with ease. The ivory formation stained lucid plastered, withering herbage and almost a nuisance to the land. Rock appealed to be close and was in an area not visited often but now to be as it suited ,he only guessed, the feline. It proved right when a prowling cat was just uncovered from the dim lights of ebony, and the feline was just as well not to be noticed as she was barely filtered through the wavering glow.
"If an apology is accepted you ,great cat, may call me Svuotato."[/s]
A simmering sneer came as the remark was made and not to be hidden from the other, if he could see at all.
OOC:::bleh ,sorry, had seven pic to do and muse is worn down =P

She heard the King coming, his cautious feelings carried on the wind straight to her nares. He did not know what she was. Kaplony could feel it in her very bones. The thought made the feline smile, and white ivories glinted from the shadows. When the brute stepped into the clearing, the grin became no more, and the huntress crouched low, as though ready to pounce. Salutations feline of Beorla.I am the leader of these lands He was a pale gray, dark splotches kissing his pelt every so often. He was like moonlight, while she was like the blackness of the night. At his words, the prowler-cat rolled her massive shoulders, arching them as though to spring. you are to be an intruder if not stating your duty. Raising her crania to the roof of her haven, she cackled with great sarcasm. At the moment, though, he caught site of her. To be expected after such an outburst. Extending a fore paw, ivory daggers flexed from beneath the foliage that sheltered her. Yawning, she listened to the rest of his words. If an apology is accepted you ,great cat, may call me Svuotato. With a crack of her thickened neck, Kaplony sat up, her orbs glowing through the gaps in the vines.
You are lucky that I have been chosen to serve you M'lord Svuotato. Not the opposite. Though, the apology is accepted. I am Kaplony, the newest Guardian. A pleasure I'm sure.
Flashing a mischievous smile, the feline raised a brow in the most quizzical expression. Daring him to contradict her words. It was true though, the cat was extremely c.ocky. It was true that she should be less. Even she knew this. But obviously, Kaplony did not care. stretching down from the ledge, the predator came to stand before him, planting her rump upon the earth in a lazy manner. Staring up at her "boss" the huntress ran a pink tongue over her dagger ivories.
So, when do we get to be graced by the presence of your mate, and the other guardian?
Slouching a shoulder, Kaplony looked annoyed, swinging her head around the perimeter. She was an impatient being, orbs squinting up at the brute before her. The feline wanted to get the introductions over with, and continue on her way....
